The Comanche
Rock Ranch is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country
15 miles North of Fredericksburg. this scenic historical small
town has all of the finer creature comforts (fine dining,
great shopping, and a modern fully equipped airport) of a
much larger city. Our ranch is adjacent to the Enchanted Rock
State Natural Area. We are located in picturesque rolling
Oak, Elm, and Hickory covered hills with magnificent granite
outcroppings. We have excellent Whitetail Deer and Rio Grand
Turkey hunting plus you have an opportunity to see a few magnificent
Axis Deer, Blackbuck Antelope, and possibly even an elusive
Aoudad Sheep. In addition we have Morning and Whitewing Dove
hunting and for some hunters we offer a new experience in
'varmint' calling.
