Rental
Spend your vacation with us at The Comanche Rock Ranch. Our
lodge may be rented for all or a portion of your vacation
or for business or group meetings, weddings, family reunions,
and etc. The newly renovated lodge can sleep up to 16 people,
while staying with us you will have access to the swimming
pool, pool table, and many other great indoor activities.
If you want to spend your time outdoors you may see lots of
native Texas wildlife, as well as a few exotic species. Spend
the day hiking, rock climbing, sight seeing, or visit Enchanted
Rock State Natural Area or use the Lodge as a central hub
to take leisurely side trips to visit the Texas Hill Country,
the Gulf Coast and the Mexican Border. Stay with us for only
$150 per night for up to 4 members of your group $40 per night
for each additional guest or rent the entire lidge for $800
per night.

Bed
and Breakfast
Why stay in town when you can stay in the country. We will
rent out the lodge as a bed and breakfast. During the day
visit all of the shops in Fredericksburg then spend the night
listing to the coyotes howling at the moon, once you are away
from all of the city lights you will be amazed by all of the
stars that you can see. While staying with us you will have
access to all of the ranch actives. Bring the whole family
and a group of friends we have room for up to 16 guest att
one time. With plenty to see and plenty to do you will have
an excellent time at The Comanche Rock Ranch. Stay with us
for only $150 per night for up to 4 people, additional guest
for only $40 per night

Home
Exchange
The Ranch Lodge is available for Home Exchange. The owners
are primarily interested in visiting Europe, the areas adjoining
the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
We can leave home at anytime of the year and like to exchange
homes for at least three weeks, however, six weeks or longer
exchanges would be considered.
The
weather here is virtually mild all winter with the exception
of short cold periods. The Ranch Lodge is surrounded with
bird feeders and hummingbirds are in constant activity as
they take nectar from the abundance of flowers which bloom
in the surrounding pastures, as well as the garden and orchard.
The summer is hot and the vegetation on the ranch turns brown
from July to mid-September but the swimming pool is exceptionally
inviting, the Family Game Area welcomes visitors, and wildlife
viewing proceeds unabated. The best time to visit is April
through June when the wild flowers are in bloom and again
in The fall. Mild temperatures can be expected again the last
half of September to the end of November. Flowers bloom again
and the land turns green. December through March is not unpleasantly
